I ran and walked the 5K. I ran the first few blocks, and then thought my heart was going to explode and I'd die. Next time I run a 5K I will not get drunk the two nights before the race.
Then in the evening I did T-Tapp BWO+, which somehow seemed to make the hangover less painful.
