No T-Tapp today.
Ran 2 or 2.25 miles (I lost count in the middle). This race is becoming tiresome. I have no interest in running running running when I could be doing T-Tapp and feeling the changes in my muscles and really using my brain as I exercise. Next Saturday cannot come too soon.

I totally agree with you. I signed up raised some money and although I feel great have lost a ton of weight I have no desire to run or walk this 5K on Saturday. I am bib 764 say Hi if you see me!!
