Forgot to run! Arrgh. The 5K is in15 days, and I'm only up to 2.25 miles.
Did day 7--T-Tapp Organs in Place, Half Frogs, Basic Workout Plus, and Hoe-Downs twice over the course of the day.
My arms are more defined! After only 7 days. I can tell a huge difference.
